CHRIS MCGEE

  • Chris’s clients come from a variety of industries from large publicly traded companies to closely held private to highly visible not-for-profits.

  • Over the past 30 years, he has worked with a broad range of clients across a broad range of industries and is an expert in executive rewards.

  • Chris has been a partner at several large consulting firms including, Korn Ferry, Mercer, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen

  • Chris also served as Vice President, compensation and benefits at Northrop Grumman

EXPERTISE

Chris’s expertise is primarily in executive compensation and he focuses on ensuring that the business objectives of the organization are reflected in the ultimate compensation package that the executives receive and that actual payouts are consistent with stakeholder expectations. Chris recently was the lead partner for the Professional Services practice and was also the leader of the M&A client services for a global HR consulting firm.

 

Chris has also served as an expert witness on reasonable compensation matters in US District Court, US Bankruptcy Court, National Labor Relations arbitration, Defense Contract Audit Administration litigation, State Insurance Commissioners hearings, IRS Intermediate Sanctions reviews and Public Utility Rate Commission hearings and litigation related to compensation matters

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Chris received his Bachelor’s in Business Management Administration from Catholic University of America. Chris serves as an independent director of Noblis, a not for profit government contractor and research organization.  He serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees.  He also serves as an independent director at Biologics, a biotechnology consulting company
